Comparative analysis of experimentally determined particle size distribution and theoretically calculated aerosole drop size distribution (obtained on the basis of 3D model of spherical / elliptical waves generated by the incident ultrasonic field) confirmed that the process of aerosol / powder particle genesis can be regarded as deterministic process, determined by the physical field of the particles genesis.
