dc.description.abstractAdsorption of various organics on Ni- and Cu-hexacyanoferrates was investigated by gas-solid chromatography (inverse gas chromatography). Adsorption was studied in the temperature region from 80 to 95 degrees C at zero surface coverage. Thermodynamic data of adsorption (standard free energy change, standard state enthalpies, and the entropy changes) were calculated using the surface partition coefficients. Thermodynamic parameters are discussed in terms of surface properties of used adsorbents and physicochemical properties of organic compounds.en
