Generalized point interaction and tunneling times
Abstract
The scattering properties of four-parameter one-dimensional point interactions also define time aspect of these interactions. In this paper we investigate how different families of point interactions affect the relevant tunneling times. Particular emphasis is given to various interpretations of so called delta' potential.
