The role of mangement innovations in innovative and creative economy
Uloga inovacija menadžmenta u inovativnoj i kreativnoj ekonomiji
Апстракт
Management innovations are the radical changes in management methods in the modern business conditions. Management innovations have a goal to give a new approach to employees motivation, to apply key changes to employees attitudes to each other, and to mangers too. Application of new management methods has to contribute to expand consciousness, skills and approach of employees, such as to make organizations more flexibility. In that way the organization can to improve its competence, competition and business success. Radical changes of management methods have goal to increase economic subject efficiency, based on innovative process, flexibility and bigger motivation. New management methods are first condition for making stronger process of innovation and creativities in enterprises and in all economy, too. It can be concluded that such innovative management methods can contribute altogether to more successful economic development.
Inovacije menadžmenta predstavljaju radikalne promene u metodama upravljanja savremenim poslovanjem i uslovljene su bitnim promenama uslova privređivanja. Cilj inovacija menadžmenta jeste da omoguće novi pristup motivaciji zaposlenih, da sprovedu korenite promene odnosa zaposlenih prema poslu, kao i da promene odnos zaposlenih jednih prema drugima i prema poslodavcima. Primena novih menadžment metoda trebalo bi da doprinese proširivanju svesti, veština i pristupa zaposlenih, kao i da omogući da organizacije budu fleksibilnije i da permanentno unapređuju svoju kompetentnost, konkurentnost i poslovni uspeh. Navedene radikalne promene u metodama upravljanja imaju za cilj da povećaju efikasnost privrednih subjekata, čije poslovanje bi se zasnivalo na inovativnosti, fleksibilnosti i većoj motivaciji zaposlenih. Novi načini upravljanja poslovanjem privrednih subjekata predstavljaju preduslov jačanja inovativnosti i kreativnosti cele privrede i daljeg procesa privrednog razvoja.
