dc.description.abstractThe aim of this work to simulate a shot-peening process and reveal the final microstructure. The latter consisted of rafinated ferritic grains, with occurrence of twins in some grains. Since the twinning occurs when a very high strain rate is applied on room temperature, a assumption has been made that due to interference of shock waves that follow the shot of each ball, a critical resolved shear stress for twinning has been reached and produced twins.en
dc.description.abstractU radu je izvršena simulacija procesa tretiranja u mlazu sačme na jednom brodskom limu. Ispitivanja mikrostrukture nakon tretmana su pokazala da pored očekivane rafinacije zrna u pojedinim zrnima dolazi i do pojave dvojnika, koji su karakteristični za uslove veoma velike brzine deformacije. Pretpostavjeno je da se razloženo kritično smicajno naprezanje za dvojnikovanje dostiže usled superponiranja udarnih talasa koje izazivaju udarci kuglica na površinu lima.sr
