Jonoizmenjivačka vlakna, posebno na bazi poliakrilonitrila (PAN) i polivinilalkohola (PVA), zbog istovremenog prisustva različitih funkcionalnih grupa imaju sposobnost selektivne hemisorpcije krupnih organskih jona. Stoga se ona mogu koristiti za izolovanje i prečišćavanja lekovitih preparata, ili za dobijanje veštačkog depoa ovih preparata koji se mogu koristiti u raznim terapijama lečenja. U ovom radu istraživana je mogućnost dobijanja veštačkog depoa insulina, kinetika hemisorpcije insulina katjonizmenjivačkim PAN vlaknima, kinetika desorpcije insulina iz veštačkog depoa i ponašanje veštačkog depoa insulina u organizmu eksperimentalne životinje (pacova) kod koje je veštačkim putem izazvan dijabetes.
Ion-exchanged fibers, specifically the ones based on polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), on account of simultaneous presence of different functional groups, are having the ability of selective chemisorption of large organic ions. Therefore they can be used for the isolation and purification of medical preparations or for obtaining of artificial store of these preparations which can be use in different therapeutics.
In this paper, has been investigated the possibility of obtaining the insulin artificial store, insulin chemisorption kinetics by cation-exchanged PAN fibers, desorption kinetics of insulin originating from artificial store and behaviour of the same store in organism of experimental animal (rat) with artificially provoked diabetes.
