dc.description.abstractFermenti imobilizovani na vlaknastim nosačima nalaze danas najširu primenu u medicini, farmaciji i prehrambenoj industriji. To je uslovljeno visokom efektivnošću i supstratnom specifičnošću biokatalize, lakoćom manipulacije vlaknastim materijalima, postojanom fermentativnom aktivnošću koja se ne menja ni posle dužeg vremena eksploatacije, stabilnošću imobilizovane forme fermenta, kao i povećanom otpornošću na denaturišuće dejstvo sredine. U ovom radu proučavana je mogućnost dobijanja biološki-aktivnih vlakana sa ferementativnom aktivnošću imobilizacijom tripsina i himotripsina modifikovanim poliakrilonitrilnim i polivinilalkoholnim vlaknima. Količina fermenta na vlaknu (od 5 mg/g vlakna), kao i očuvanje aktivnosti imobilizovanih fermenata (do 80%) zavise od uslova imobilizacije i tipa vlakna-nosača.sr
dc.description.abstractFibers with immobilisation ferments are widely used in medicine, pharmacy and food industry. It is determinated with high effectiveness and substrate specificity of biocatalyze, easy manipulation with fibrous materials, constant fermentation aktivity (which is constant after a long time of exploitation), stability immobilisation from of ferments and high resistance to denaturation influence of surroundings. In this paper, the possibility of obtaining biologically-activated fibres with fermentation activity by trypsin and himotrypsin on modified acrylic and polyvinylalcohol fibres was studied. Ferment quantity on fiber (until 5 mg/g fiber), and preservation activity of immobilisation ferments (until 80%) depend on conditions of immobilisation and fiber types.sr
