The application of flux cored wire for welding on the surface of operating parts of agricultural machines

Abstract

In this paper the possibilities of application of flux-cored wire of various metallurgical qualities for welding on the surface of operating parts of agricultural machines in EPP process in order to attain wear-resistance and economy have been presented. The results of comparative analysis of the quality of an on-weld made with two qualities of flux-cored wire using an EPP-device with rectilinear and oscillatory motion of welder head have also been presented.

U radu su iznesene mogućnosti primene različitih metalurških kvaliteta punjenih elektrodnih lica primenom EPP- postupka za navarivanje površine radnih delova poljoprivrednih mašina u cilju postizanja otpornosti na habanje i ekonomičnosti. Dati su rezultati komparativne analize kvaliteta navara izvedenog sa dva kvaliteta punjene lice na EPP-uređaju sa ravnim i oscilatornim kretanjem zavarivačke glave.
