An enlarged approach to yarn self: Abrasion testing
Prošireni pristup ispitivanju samoabrazije pređe
Abstract
An attempt has been made to use the Staff - tester, an instrument for checking the surface condition of yarns by their self abrasion in the loop with new types of yarn contacts. The basic metrological indicator of this apparatus, the mass of fiber debris produced during yarn self rubbing, was proved to be as useful as under normal working conditions of the Staff tester, especially when coupled with yarn hairiness monitor.
Izvršen je pokušaj korišćenja Staff-testera, poznatog instrumenta za utvrđivanje stanja površine pređe preko njihove samoabrazije u petlji, u uslovima modifikovanih tipova kontakta. Osnovni metrološki indikator ovog aparata, masa vlaknastog otpatka proizvedenog pri trenju pređe o pređu pokazao se kao upotrebljiv kao i u normalnim radnim uslovima Staff-testera posebno u slučaju njegovog kuplovanja sa meračem maljavosti.
