Dynamic Characteristics of Silicon Resistance Temperature Sensors
Апстракт
A versatile software package for the analysis of dynamic characteristics of various kind of temperature sensors is described. This software was applied for investigation of the dynamic characteristics of silicon resistance temperature sensors. In the case of KTY 16 (Siemens) temperature sensor the influence of various protective wells (sheets) on the time constant and dead time was studied. A new method for the characterization of the dynamic sensor characteristics in still fluids was proposed.
