Control of microbial growth in industrial water cooling and air conditioning systems
Kontrola mikrobnog rasta u industrijskim rashladnim sistemima i sistemima za kondicioniranje vazduha
Abstract
Biological impurity in water cooling systems is a result of growth of various microorganisms (viruses, bacteria, fungi and algae). The influence of microbial processes in water cooling systems can be recognized from two points of view: 1. Technological - because the microorganisms can form the biofilm and develop biological corrosion, the efficiency of system can decrease, and 2. Health aspects - if pathogens are present in water they can cause diseases and death in some cases. Therefore, the proper control and prevention of microbial growth is necessary in cooling towers, in hot and warm water systems, as well as in systems for air conditioning.
Biološke nečistoće u recirkulacionim rashladnim sistemima rezultat su rasta i razvoja različitih mikroorganizama (virusi % bakterije % gljive - plesni % kvasci i alge). Uticaji mikrobiološkog procesa u rashladnim sistemima mogu se posmatrati sa dva aspekta:1. tehnološkog % jer mogu uzrokovati formiranje biofilma i razvoj biološke korozije i dovesti do smanjenja efikasnosti sistema i2. zdravstvenog - ukoliko su prisutne patogene vrste % mogu izazvati oboljenja koja u nekim slučajevima dovode i do letalnih ishoda.Iz tih razloga je neophodna kontrola i sprečavanje mikrobnog rasta % kako u industrijskim rashladnim sistemima % sistemima za distribuciju vruće i tople vode % tako i u sistemima za kondicioniranje vazduha.
