Abstract
If hemp, besides flax the only textile fiber that Europe must not import, is ever to regain its lost ground in new circumstances of comfort and ecology, it must be through development of new products and new end uses. This could be realized through individualization of fiber bundles from hemp plant stem using different methods, and by new strategies of their conversion in fine yarns, using conventional or no conventional cotton and wool spinning technologies. In this review different possibilities of comfort hemp based yarns production are considered, as the result of new hemp spinning strategies.
To nameće potrebu obezbeđenja vlakana "nove konoplje" i podrazumeva nove strategije u predenju tih vlakana. U okviru ovog pregleda razmotrene su mogućnosti dobijanja komfornih pređa na bazi konoplje i mešavina sa drugim vlaknima, korišćenjem konvencionalne i nekonvencionalnih tehnika predenja prirodnih vlakana kratkog i dugog sapela.
