Abstract
Few thousands years old conventional ring spinning technique is constantly developed in the frames of each of its numerous operations. That was the reason why today it became high technology and a winner in the battle with no conventional, more productive spinning techniques. A review and analysis of the newest results realized in this field indicate some basic directions defining the future of short fiber spinning, as well as the actual status of cotton and cotton type chemical fibers new spinning techniques.
