Abstract
From all the state-of-the-art technologies of processing lead concentrates industrial applications have found KIVCET CS and Boliden TBRC processes. In the paper, mentioned technological procedures are described with special accent on defining of smelting mechanism in KIVCET furnace. In bath cases smelting process is defined with ratic oxygen-concentrate, with which is determined content of lead in slag content of sulphur in bullion, distribution of side elements and amount of dust. Application of KIVCET CS and Boliden TBRC processes of processing of lead concentrates in industrial conditions confirmed their advantages comparing classical way of processing by reduction in shaft furnace.
Od savremenih postupaka prerade olovnih koncentrata značajniju industrijsku primenu su našli KIVCET CS i Boliden TBRC postupci. U ovom radu su opisani pomenuti tehnološki postupci, sa posebnim osvrtom na definisanje mehanizma topljenja u KIVCET peći. U oba slučaja je proces topljenja definisan odnosom kiseonik-koncentrat, čime je određen i sadržaj olova u šljaci, sadržaj sumpora u buljonu, distribucija sporednih elemenata i količina stvorene prašine. Primena KIVCET CS i Boliden TBRC postupaka prerade olovnih koncentrata u industrijskim uslovima je potvrdila njihove prednosti u odnosu na klasičan način prerade redukcionim topljenjem u šahtnoj peći.
