Abstract
Key to Steel is the world’s most comprehensive database of steel materials developed to provide technical information to professional users worldwide. This paper describes development process that resulted in the biggest and most valuable resource in the steel engineering vertical market, as well as e-business activities that attracted more than 50000 users to Key to Steel Web site.
