Influence of the air distribution in spout-fluidized bed with inert charge on suspension drying
Uticaj raspodele vazduha u fontansko-fluidizovanom sloju sa inertnim punjenjem na sušenje suspenzija
Abstract
The analysis of influence of the system s fluid-mechanical parameters on air distribution in spout-fluidized bed with the central tube, as well as its influence on the process of suspension and dilutions drying in this system have been presented. In the experiments, the cylindrical column of Ø 250mm with nozzle line of 50mm, with central tube of Ø 60mm, and with cone angle bottom of 45° have been used. As the inert charge, the polyethyleneterephtalate (PET) of Ø 2.5mm and density of l,400kg/m2 have been used. The total installed power of the device is 27kW. The biological suspensions, like soybean milk and mixture of soybean milk and brewers' yeast, have been used as drying materials. The obtained results are the supplement to the existing results, aiming at industrial application of the tested systems.
U ovom radu analizirani su uticaj fluidno-mehaničkih parametara sistema na raspodelu vazduha u fontansko-fluidizovanom sloju sa centralnom cevi, kao i njen uticaj na proces sušenja suspenzija i rastvora u tom sistemu. U eksperimentima je korišćena cilindrična kolona prečnika 250 mm, sa mlazničnim vodom od 50 mm, centralnom cevi prečnika 60 mm i koničnim dnom ugla 45°. Kao inertno punjenje korišćene su čestice polietilentereftalata (PET) prečnika 2,5 mm, a gustine 1400 kg/m3. Ukupna instalisana snaga uređaja je 27 kW. Kao materijali za sušenje koriščene su biološke suspenzije poput sojinog mleka i mešavine sojinog mleka sa pivskim kvascem. Dobijeni rezultati predstavljaju dopunu postojećim rezultatima u cilju industrijske primene ispitivanih sistema.
