Kinetika kristalizacije silicijum-(IV)-nitrida

Amorphous covalent Si-C-N ceramics have been synthesized by pyrolysis polysilazanes. This part of experiment was done in Institute für Nichtmetallische Anorganische Materialien, Universitaet Stuttgart, Germany. Ceramics was heated at constant temperature, 1500°C, in different times. Structural changes due the different heating times in an inert nitrogen atmosphere are compared. Also, kinetics of Si3N4 crystallization was investigated by using Avrami equation.
Amorfna kovalentna Si-C-N keramika je dobijena pirolizom polisilazana. Ovaj deo eksperimenta je vršen na Institutu za nemetalne neorganske materijale u Štutgartu, Nemačka. Keramika je zagrevana na konstantnoj temperaturi od 1500°C u toku različitog vremena. Upoređene su strukturne promene u toku različitog vremena zagrevanja, u inertnoj atmosferi azota. Takođe istraživana je kristalizacija i kinetika kristalizacije Si3iN4 korišćenjem Avrami jednačine.
