dc.description.abstract | The present stage in our investigations of the synthesis of high-purity, submicrometer and spherical Al2O3, mullite and cordierte powders obtained by the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis is presented. The influence of precursors on the phase transformations occuring during heating, particle morphology and on the formation mechanism of particle was determined. The influence of droplet diameter on the formation mechanism of particles was also considered. The particle size distribution was analyzed considering the degeneration of forced frequency of ultrasonic oscillator. | en |
